In 2021, the world started to open up again, and we were thrilled to greet our visitors in LYH. Whether that was through visiting one of our universities and colleges, enjoying our outdoor recreation, or our historic downtown and food scene, we are so glad you came! Now that the year is coming to a close, we want to take some time to recap some of our most special memories of this past year, and what better way to do this than by sharing our top 10 Instagram posts from 2021? In December, we shared a gorgeous sunset photo taken at Liberty University’s campus showing some last-minute fall foliage.
In November we celebrated National Take a Hike Day by sharing a blog post about the Top Hikes Near LYH
In September we helped promote the annual Virginia 10 Miler Race, which will take place on September 24th in 2022.
In October, we shared the good news that the Farm Basket was back open after closing for renovations,
In early November, Virginia Living Magazine released their November/December edition which featured a 5-page spread on LYH.
In September, we helped promote Downtown Lynchburg Association’s grand opening of Art Alley.
In October we featured a blog post on the Corbett Family and their Air BnB business, All Belong Co., creating inclusive and welcoming AirBnB stays for all.
In December, we featured a blog post on the Henderson brothers and how they opened the Water Dog & Glass House together as a family business.
In March we photo dumped a TON of images of the Cherry Trees blooming in Downtown Lynchburg… but it was worth it 😉
