This year commemorates the sixth anniversary of LOCKN’ Festival. On August 23-26, thousands of people will flock to Infinity Downs and Oak Ridge Farm in Arrington, Virginia, for four straight days of music, camping and community. It’s not too late to purchase tickets for the festival, but act quickly! In the meantime, plan your festival experience with our Lynchburg guide to LOCKN’.
The History of LOCKN’
LOCKN’ Festival started in 2013 with a dedication to music and community, and a goal to provide an incredible atmosphere. Over the last 6 years, artists such as Tom Petty, Robert Plant, Phish, Carlos Santana, My Morning Jacket, Ween, Wilco, Zac Brown, Willie Nelson, Phil Lesh and more have performed to sold out crowds and music enthusiasts. And, thanks to the incredible community and spirit of creativity that flows through Lockn’, once-in-a-lifetime collaborations have happened right on the Lockn’ stages: The Doobie Incident, featuring The String Cheese Incident and The Doobie Brothers, and Widespread Panic and Jimmy Cliff.
Lockn’ uniquely blends world renowned music, local vendors and community engagement into a festival that you won’t want to miss.
