Take a moment to slow down from your fast paced life and relax in this self-paced class. While aimed at beginners, anyone is welcome to join. Bring your own yoga mat or borrow one of ours. Lead by Leslie Davis of Yoga Goodness Studio. Register by 2 days before the class date.
