Teen & Adult Afro-Caribbean Dance

Afro-Caribbean unites dance, rhythm, and live drumming creating an environment and dance community that nurtures, heals, renews, and inspires the body and spirit. Participants will engage their core and use full body isolations to stretch, firm and tone the entire body while learning authentic Afro-Caribbean dance moves over 8 weeks. Dancers are barefoot, which gives participants more of a connection and unity with the earth and an uninhibited ease with which to move. Register by 6/10.
