LYNCHBURG BEGINNER JOAD CLUB (session1 begins)

Lynchburg Junior Olympic Archery Development (JOAD) Club is a 6-week program, for ages 8–17, during which participants will learn the fundamentals of archery from USA Archery certified coaches. Archers will gain skills in recurve and compound bows as well as range safety and proper shooting technique in an environment that also promotes focus, increased self-confidence, and team-building skills.

The beginner club is for new archers or archers interested in improving their shot. There is the chance to progress to a higher level and compete upon discretion of the coach. Equipment is provided or you may bring your own. Register by two days prior to the session start date. We meet Wednesdays at Armstrong Gym.
