Planner Incentive Program Details
- Incentive eligibility is based upon new RFPs booked and consumed by December 31, 2023. To be eligible, all RFPs must be sourced/distributed by a Visit LYH Tourism Sales Representative to the hotel(s) that meet your meeting’s needs.
- A qualified booking must be a minimum of 10 cumulative room nights, specific to each event, and contracted with a Lynchburg City hotel.
- Eligible groups are corporate, association, and government meetings.
- The incentive amount is paid directly to the hotel contracted for the event and applied at the time of final billing.
