Watercolor Painting for Beginners

Watercolor has mysterious effects that appear magical and mysterious. The course will teach students the beginning basic techniques of watercolor, such as color mixing, brush strokes, blending and layering. There will be a discussion of how to choose materials and supplies. All materials are provided. The classes will be held at the Academy Center of the Arts, a non-profit organization and center for Arts, culture, and community building.

* Must be 18 years or older to participate.

This class will consist of 4 sessions meeting on the following dates, Wednesday, November 13, November 20, December 4 and December 11, 2024.
