An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Tuesday, repeating until June 24, 2025
Get moving with tap dance, a fun and low-impact way to improve joint mobility, balance, and overall fitness. Designed for older adults with prior dance experience, offering more complex choreography and adaptable steps to suit varying ability levels. Participants can register for each six-week session or drop in for individual classes.
-Taught by the amazing Kimberly Sheppard, who studied at NYU with top instructors
-Pay $50 LR/ $57 for each 6-week session or pay $9 LR/ $10 per class to drop-in. Students can sign up in advance for multiple drop-in class sessions. –Register by 5/17 for the entire session or three days advance registration for drop-in classes.
