Still Point: Sound Reset

Step away from the noise and into stillness. Still Point is a restorative experience designed to help your body shift from constant doing into deep rest and regulation.

You’ll settle into a comfortable, supported position and receive the 5-Needle Protocol, a gentle ear acupuncture treatment that helps calm the stress response and ease emotional overwhelm. As it begins to work, you’ll relax to soothing music during a brief guided breath and imagery meditation. Before the sound portion begins, you can choose to keep your needles in or have them removed.

Then let go into 45 to 60 minutes of sound immersion with crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and therapeutic frequencies. There’s nothing to do but slow down, receive, and reconnect with yourself. You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and deeply restored, with support for stress relief, better sleep, and mental clarity.

Prefer a needle-free option? Ear seeds can be used instead. Spots are limited to 20, and every participant must complete a waiver and consent form before arriving: https://waiver.fr/p-JELDk
