You’re never too old to dance! Our low-impact Ballet and Modern class for older adults focuses on improving balance, flexibility, and strength in a fun, supportive environment. The class moves at a gentle pace and can be modified to fit different abilities. Using the barre for support, you’ll stay active, build confidence, and connect with others.
Taught by Stacy Sumpman, a former professional dancer trained by Merce Cunningham, this class is perfect for both beginners and those with experience.
You can pay for each 6-week session or drop in for individual classes. Advance sign-up is available for multiple drop-in sessions.
Optional Dance Recital: Friday, 5/2 | 6:30pm
