Paddle & Picnic — Kayak Blackwater Creek

Experience the Blackwater Creek Natural Area like never before! Kayak around the creek with no need to rush for dinner. We’ve got you covered with a picnic at Hollins Mill Park. This is an opportunity to see natural features of the Blackwater Creek that others don’t often get to discover. Children under 8 are welcome and do not need to pay for registration; however, parents/guardians are required to notify the Nature Zone at 434-455-5828 prior to the program. Youth 15 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult. Register by 5/15.
