Cooking 101: Classic Risotto… Spring!! @ The Flour District

Chef Marisa Jones is back for this hands-on class to teach the techniques for executing a spectacular restaurant-worthy risotto. Participants will craft their own classic risotto base and then customize their dish’s flavors with recipes like Herbed Spring Peas or Fresh Asparagus with Crispy Pancetta, Truffled Mushrooms with Thyme, Roasted Beets with Herb Crusted Goat Cheese Medallions, or Sautéed Shrimp and Parsley Breadcrumbs. Mix and match to create your perfect risotto combo and enjoy a glass of wine while dining on your creation!
Each participant will enjoy a glass of wine (if older than 21) or a non-alcoholic soda or seltzer, plus dine on their risotto made in class. Participants will also take home recipes for items from class.
This class is ideal for ages 16+
