Carnivorous Plants of North America

Learn about the meat-eaters of the plant world. Participants will learn about the three types of carnivorous plants found in North America, how they capture and digest prey, and why they eat meat. We will also learn what it takes to keep the little predator plants alive. Participants will get to build and take home their own potted Venus fly trap.
