Cardboard Boat Build!

This First Friday Vector Space, your local makerspace will be helping you build your own cardboard boat! We are teaming with Lynchburg’s Parks and Rec Dept for one of their most hilarious yearly events, the Great Cardboard Boat Race!!! Build with us, Paddle, Sink and laugh your head off.

Vector Space Staff and volunteers will be here to guide you and your family members along through the process of making your boat ‘seaworthy’. Materials are provided, activities begin at 5pm & end at 8pm. Member guided tours of our unique and inspiring space are available at each of our First Friday events. This month’s skill share will be held indoors & outdoors in our loading dock area. To find us easily please use our Langhorne Rd parking lot entrance.

First Friday is always free, family friendly and open to the public, entry donations of $2 or more are welcome and very appreciated. We look forward to seeing you there!
