The person who cares for ailing family members can suffer from fatigue and burnout. Find out how you can assist in helping the helper with the stress of caring for others. The program is a pre-recorded AARP class which lasts about an hour, followed by an interactive, virtual discussion with an AARP representative via the internet. Register by 5/8.
