Peaks View Park is the second largest park in Lynchburg and offers both passive and active recreation and trails for everyone. The park has three lighted tennis courts, seven multi-purpose fields (soccer, football, softball, baseball,) volleyball courts, a basketball court, mountain bike trails, a bike pump track, and a disc golf course. Disc golf is a popular pastime for visitors; the course can be accessed at all three entrances. The park also has a popular playground. To get to Peaks View Park, look for one of three main entrances; one at Ardmore Drive, Tenbury Drive and the other at Ivy Creek Lane off of Wiggington Road.
