First time here and it was delicious! I had the petite filet which was a perfect amount for me and cooked to perfection. The crab soup was outstanding as well. There are lots of options for any appetite. Sarah was our waitress and she was just so sweet. Definitely go here for an all around great, satisfying meal!

Good location for groups. Better menu than O'Charleys - don't confuse the two as they are completely different restaurants. The food is good and portions are appropriate. This location is up on a hill with plenty of parking. I am not a fan of chains, but my parents and their friends enjoyed this place.

The service was great and despite the crowd, our food was delivered much faster than we expected. There are different weekly specials that are a great deal, plus event nights like live music, open mic, etc. My only complaint is that as a vegetarian, there was only one entree option I could eat, and there were no options at all for vegans. However, the one entree option (veggie wrap) was delicious! I was really pleasantly surprised given that I didn't really have a choice. The rest of my group liked their food, and we also had some amazing dessert (the weekly special of apple crisp - by far the best apple crisp I have ever tasted).

Food was amazing. Our waitress Hannah C was fantastic. Friendly attentive, everything you expect from wait staff. Atmosphere was cozy. Definitely coming again

I love the food at Charley's. I never have to search the menu over and over for something that sounds good to me. It's a clean restaurant with a nice seating setup. It's great for groups!
