Start your morning with Yoga Goodness Studio. Breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the beauty of yoga outdoors at Riverside Park every Saturday morning. Classes will be taught by instructors from Yoga Goodness Studio. Bring your yoga mat or towel. In case of inclement weather, call (434) 455-5895 or follow us @NatureZoneLynchburg on Facebook to check if class has been moved to the studio. No registration required.
