Wine 101: How To Taste Wine

Let’s break down what it means to do a wine tasting. Whether you’re a seasoned winery member, or for you wine “tasting” really just means drinking many very tiny potions of wine, Stephanie Fees will lead you through what’s all involved in this somewhat mysterious, but fun activity.

We’ll try a variety of different wines, learn why we “sniff, swirl and swig”, learn those catchy tasting buzz words and use them to make useful tasting notes. Enjoy charcuterie snacks and a fun laid-back atmosphere in our Atrium space. Any wines you taste and like can be purchased as well – a great opportunity for stocking up for the holidays!
