Visualization has been used by the world’s top athletes, entrepreneurs, and creatives to achieve their goals. And vision boards are powerful tools for training your mind to keep its attention and energy on what matters most.
When regularly repeated, this practice has been proven to “enhance motivation, increase confidence and self-efficacy, improve motor performance, prime your brain for success, and increase states of flow” (A.J. Adams, Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania).
Join Coach Barton Quigley and artist Kim Clarke to learn how to create your vision board and manifest those dreams into reality.
