Tortoise & Hare Scavenger Hunt

A town-wide scavenger hunt/race for all ages! Join us on Thursday, July 11, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. for the Tortoise and Hare Scavenger Hunt and participate as a family or with friends. No registration is required. Just check in at Staunton River Memorial Library by 4 p.m. to start. Geared toward kids/teens.
Bring your device and submit checkpoints through social media. Will your team be the tortoise or the hare? Hares will compete for speed and accuracy. Tortoises are just here for a good time!
Be prepared to be outside for 1 – 2 hours and walk approximately 2.5 miles. Water and sunscreen are strongly recommended. This event is weather permitting.
