Summer Solstice Lantern Sail

The Campbell County Public Library invites you to come to the Timbrook Library’s patio with your family and play outside with us until it gets dark! We will be celebrating the Summer Solstice on Friday, June 20, the longest day of the year and the official first day of summer, by sailing paper lanterns on the Timbrook Park pond. Make crafts, take pictures, and create classic summer evening memories together.

Summer Solstice Lantern Sail will be from 8 to 9:30 p.m. The lanterns will set sail at dusk, around 9 p.m. This event will be outdoors and is weather permitting. All ages are welcome! Rain date is Wednesday, June 25. Our event page is at https://campbellcountylibraries.org/summersolstice/.
