Silent Witnesses Juneteenth Event

The Legacy Museum of African American History and the Lynchburg Museum System are pleased to announce a new collaborative public history project called Silent Witnesses: The History of Enslavement in Lynchburg, Virginia. Join them on Sunday, June 18, 2023 at the Virginian Hotel for a night of art, celebration, and remembrance. An art auction and reception will be held from 4pm-5pm. Dinner and program will follow immediately after from 5pm-7pm.
