Midday Fit and Fun Exercise Class

$25Exercise is important for physical and mental health. Schedule time for this weekly workout that is geared toward older adults. All exercises can be done seated or standing. Music, socializing, and fun included. Advance registration preferred. Drop-ins welcome.
