F3 Lynchburg Free Workout for Men Christmas Eve and Every Saturday!

The Mission of F3 is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership. The F3 Lynchburg group has been active for almost a year, and meets every Saturday morning at 7am, at Heritage High School for a free, peer led workout open to all men! It is always outside, and goes rain or shine!
