COOKING FOR ONE CULINARY WORKSHOP SERIES

Whether you’re an empty nester or just leaving the nest, Centra Culinary Creations Executive Chef, Timothy Schoonmaker will provide hands on training for creating meals for one or two people. Over the course of three days participants will use fresh herbs and spices to create flavorful and heathy dishes. Students will use the basic ingredients from the meal created on day one to create new meals over the following two sessions from the leftovers, saving time and money! Each class will conclude with a dinner of the meal you just made. Register by 6/5.
