Celebrate National Pizza Day at Mellow Mushroom Lynchburg

Mark your calendars for National Pizza Day on February 9th! There’s no better way to celebrate than with a stone-baked pie when dining in or taking your meal to go from Mellow Mushroom – Lynchburg. The award-winning pizza bakers are offering $12 medium cheese pizzas on National Pizza Day to help satisfy your pizza needs.
The restaurant, located at 1220 Greenview Drive, was named best pizza for the 2022 Readers’ Choice Awards by The News and Advance. The fan favorite restaurant serving Lynchburg, Bedford, Campbell, Amherst, and surrounding areas also won third place in the Readers Choice Awards for Best Sports Bar.
The cornerstone of the Mellow Mushroom menu is stone-baked pizza featuring a crust made from five simple ingredients, including water from Appalachian Mountain springs. Other menu highlights are freshly made salads, handcrafted cocktails, and a wide selection of beers, including many local Virginia breweries.
“The Lynchburg community has been welcoming and supportive since we opened our doors,” said local Mellow Mushroom store co-owner Brit Campbell. “We plan to have a lively celebration at Mellow Mushroom Lynchburg on National Pizza Day!”
