Baking 101: Chess Pie!

Calling all Southern bakers! We’re gonna make Chess Pie! Join Elizabeth Giles of Seven Hills Baking Co in the Teaching Kitchen to make this regional classic. Elizabeth will help all participants form and roll out a tender pie crust, shape the crust into 4 mini pie tins, then fill with the classic Chess Pie filling. As a bonus, we’ll whip up Chantilly Cream and make strawberry garnishes for these cute little sweets!
Participants will make and take home 4 mini Chess Pies and their mini tins, the classic recipe, plus enjoy a glass of wine (if older than 21) or a fizzy water.
This class is ideal for ages 12+
