What a neat place. I would never have seen this place, but a local friend took us. In the old photo on the wall there is a young looking sailor, this was a good laugh because it looked exactly like one of my friends in a past life. In fact I posted the photo to Facebook and asked other friends to pick which person in the photo most looked like "Chuck" from a past life and everyone guessed the same. "The little sailor boy."

Very first time here. Excellent food and service. The food had great temperature. The drinks were delicious. Everything came very fast. Everyone was very nice and friendly.

I ordered the One Eyed Belgian Bacon Burger. They cook the burger to your desired temperature. It was exquisite, although I must warn you: this isn't a first date meal. It's quite messy/awkward to eat gracefully. Totally worth it though! :PThe home fries were that perfect level of crisp. The brunch menu comes with a complimentary Mimosa, Bloody Mary, Screwdriver, or Red Eye. I had the screwdriver, which they didn't skimp on the vodka. :)The service was a bit sparse considering how few patrons were in the restaurant, but they could've been understaffed. Not a big deal. Overall a nice place for brunch. Relaxed, hip atmosphere, good food, fair pricing.

The Dahlia is a hidden gem. The prices are very reasonable and the food is excellent. They don't have a very large drink selection, but what they have is good. The service is great too. Don't forget about there brunch here, either, arguably the best brunch in town. My wife and I have been here several times, and we will continue to go here.

This place was great! The food is off the hook, or whatever the catchy phrase is these days, and the drink menu had my mouth watering just as much as the food menu! The main floor, right off the street, isn't very big, but they have a basement level that is easily twice the size of the upstairs and twice as cozy, if that's even possible! It's an old dive bar that seems to have calmed down in recent years, but still has every bit of character the regulars described it as having in its youth!If you're stuck between menu items, just ask Anton: the bartender there during my visit (and pictured). He seems to know the place like the back of his hand and can point you to the best item for your mood!I hope that I'll be able to visit again some day! The first pic is of the burger I had (actually can't remember the name, but it had pimento cheese and was absolutely killer), the second is their list of Moscow Mules (I didn't have enough time on my break to try any), and the last two is of the upper floor, right off the street.My camera died before I could get pictures past the stairs, so you'll just have to stop in yourself and check it out!
