Learn traditional and modern line dance routines from Latin, Country, Hip-Hop, Top 40, and more! Line dancing is a low impact workout, with easy-to-follow low-impact movement that helps improve strength, coordination, and cardiovascular health. Get a great workout and a serious dose of fun every session! Class meets once a week for 60 minutes. Class is geared towards beginners! Register monthly by the first class.
