Line & Drip & Sip Floral Painting with Laura Watts

Learn how to make loose and lovely floral paintings just in time for spring! In this class students will explore contour line drawing techniques and basic color theory joined with no pressure painting. Tuition payment includes two complimentary drink tickets. Instructor Laura Watts is a former high school art teacher, graphic designer, and interior decorator. She currently, along with her husband Woody, own several creative based businesses (including ghost hunting). If you can’t find her crafting, soap making, or hand lettering, you may find her strolling along the avenue with her pups Ellie & Frances. Laura loves partnering with the Academy because of the tools, opportunities, and inspiration it brings to the community.
