Blue Ridge BBQ & Catering

We originally concentrated on our daily concession business along with some weekend festivals. As our business grew, we began booking more caterings and less festivals. We have since added additional equipment and staff to handle the large amount of events that we cater annually. We specialize in hickory smoked meats prepared in custom made cookers as well as fresh homemade side dishes. We are completely mobile and flexible when it comes to your concession and catering needs. We accommodate small or large groups with the same professional approach and high-quality results.
