My Grand & Me After School Special-In A Box

Spend quality time with your grandchild at home with these fun monthly intergenerational activities. January is all about the snowman. Together make a healthy snack, create a fun snowman picture, and play the fun easy game, “Roll a Snowman.” Box includes all supplies and can be picked up at Templeton Center up to 3 days before program date. Box contains materials for one grandchild/ grandparent pair. Register by the Friday before.

Safety is the top priority at Lynchburg Parks and Recreation as we continue to serve our community members with quality programs. We have implemented the following safety protocols for all our recreation programs: Assumption of Risk forms, health screening questions for participants, social distancing set-ups, face mask requirements, temperature checks, hand sanitation on site, and thorough cleaning of the facilities.
