Almond Croissant Brunch Class

Join us in the Teaching Kitchen to learn how to transform plain croissants into almond croissants!
Participants will learn how to make creamy almond frangipane and how to *assemble our classic Almond Croissants. Each participant will take home 4 croissants and the recipe for frangipane – the filling that makes almond croissants so delicious! This class comes with bottomless mimosas, so grab a friend and sign up!
*Please note, we will not be making croissants from scratch. This is a beginner level class for adults only (21+).
